How to balance supply and demand in a platform business w/ Kyle Swinsky

Many entrepreneurs agree that the unicorn of business models is the platform business (think Uber and AirBnB).

It’s no secret that this business model usually has a higher valuation, and who doesn’t want that?

For those with B2C models that are looking to incorporate B2B into the mix (or vice versa), the balance of supply and demand between two vastly different models can look, at best, intimidating and, at worst, impossible.

Kyle Swinksy, CEO of AMOpportunities, is here to speak about his first hand experience with successfully finding that balance and the critical roles innovation and technology played in maintaining harmony between supply and demand in a platform business.

Ever dream of having a platform business but didn’t know where, or even how, to start balancing supply and demand? Tune in to this week’s episode!

Here are the show highlights:

  • Innovation on both sides of the business (3:38)

  • Transitioning from a B2C to B2B business model (9:04)
